September 2019: MAP sessions

How are you? I hope this finds you well! The MAP learning journey has been very rewarding and I’m really appreciating the potential of this work, more of which I share about in this newsletter. May you always be supported on your healing journey!

June 2019: Illness and healing

How are you? I hope this finds you well. A few things happened recently that gave me a lot to think about. One of them was a very deep conversation I had with someone about healing. This person was speaking about her profession (physiotherapy and rehabilitation) and what she experiences daily on the front lines. Please read on to find out what she said!

April 2019: Making life decisions

How have you been? I hope all is well.  On my end, I’ve been busy balancing work and family like usual.  My children aren’t little anymore, but it’s still a reward to see them grow as they find their way through the turbulent years of adolescence.  They teach me a lot. Come to think of it, we never outgrow the “finding our way” stage do we?  No matter how old we become, there are still times in our lives when we are faced with big choices.  This month, I’m sharing about a case example of one such person who tried to find her way while making an important decision.  May you find this helpful on your own life journey!
