Sessions for the mind

Along the way, you might encounter a stubborn layer (or two) of resistance to change. That’s ok. It took you many years to get to where you’re at, so it’s natural that you might have a few knots. Those knots are actually traumatized parts of your personality hidden within your psyche. They’re triggered by negative memories, keeping you in the same loop, preventing you from moving beyond – so it’s time to heal them.

Reprogram the subconscious

By healing your traumatized parts and neutralizing the negative beliefs, mental structures and stuck patterns they’ve created, you free yourself from the past. It becomes possible to look ahead with renewed eyes and experience life with less pain and more enjoyment. This process of treating and clearing continues until you’re feeling good and don’t need any more outside help.
