It’s my first time, what should I expect?

If it’s your first time, I would recommend doing a session in person or by Skype, so that we can meet and get to know each other! Please also set aside some extra time just in case we go over, because there is a lot of terminology that needs to be explained as we go along.  If remote session by email is the only option available, it can still be done – I will just need some basic information from you beforehand.  Please also read through Important.

This therapy doesn’t require you to lie down on a bed or think of your answers.  Using myself as your surrogate, I will muscle test a series of questions, then run a magnet or my bare hand along your spine to release the energies I’ve found.  All you need to do is relax and sit comfortably in your seat.  Please feel free to let your mind wander, or ask your own questions whenever you feel it’s necessary during the session.

Is it safe?

Yes! This technique is non invasive so it has been used safely on young children, babies, pregnant mothers, elderly persons and hospitalized patients. Even pets! It has also been used alongside other therapies or treatments with no adverse effects.

What is it good for?

To give you an idea, here are some issues I’ve worked on to date: abuse, ADD, allergies, ALS, anger, anxiety, asthma, autism, backaches, bedwetting, cancer, chest pain, depression, fever, grief, hives, joint pain, leg pain, mental blockages, minor infections, morning sickness, panic, phobias, self-esteem issues, shingles, tension headaches, TMJ pain. Not all have led to recovery, as in the case of terminal illness, but the majority of clients I’ve worked with have experienced a positive change in their symptoms.

Are there any side effects?

“Side effects” is too strong to describe it, but some people do experience 1 or 2 days of processing where they feel tired, sleepy, thirsty, unsettled, have vivid dreams or detox symptoms (achy, runny nose, stomach upset, etc). These discomforts will pass and are not a cause for undue worry. To put things in perspective, the majority of people feel better after a session, and the processing symptoms, if any, are very mild.

If I am sick on the day of my session, will that affect it?

If you are well enough to meet and talk, we can still do a session; in fact the session might even help you address whatever is causing the illness. And of course we can simply reschedule it if you are too unwell. If you’re too sick to do a session in person but you’d like me to do one anyway, I can do the session for you remotely and send you the report afterward.

Is there any difference between a remote session and a face-to-face one?

None at all! There is no difference in the results whether we do sessions in person, phone, Skype or email. It’s a real benefit for those who can’t come in to have a session, for one reason or another.

What should I do after a session?

Please make sure to drink plenty of clean water, eat healthily and rest well. Do the things that are good for your body. Tune in to yourself and take note of what’s different, within and without. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t feel anything; everyone responds at different speeds and often the change is subtle. Everything you release doesn’t come back – so take heart!

How long does it take until I’m “done”?

This all depends on your issue and your readiness.  In my experience, it has run the full range.  Having said that, I do believe it helps greatly if you take ownership of your healing, because your intention does play an important part.  Due to the nature of this work, it’s very easy to become passive and let your body dictate the way.  But actually, when you mindfully set your intention to let go of what no longer serves you and heal yourself, I’ve observed that you become more likely to achieve the catalyst you need!  The best indicator of when you’re done is when you notice that the issue is no longer an issue any more.

What are your session hours?

As much as I would like to make myself available to many individuals of many walks of life, I currently have other important commitments to keep. Therefore, I will be available only during the following hours. Thank you for your understanding!

  • 9am – 3pm weekdays only
  • Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
  • Applies to all sessions whether in person, by Skype, phone or email
