If it’s your first time, I would recommend doing a session in person or online by video call, just so we can meet! If possible, please also set aside some extra time because we will have a short discussion of what’s going on before we begin, then there is some terminology that needs to be explained as we go along. If remote session by email is the only option available, it can still be done; I will ask you for some basic information beforehand.
The Emotion Code and Body Code don’t require you to lie down on a bed or consciously answer the questions I ask. Using myself as your surrogate, I will muscle test a series of questions and pinpoint the cause. When it’s time to release the energy, I will teach you how to do it. It’s very simple: you just run your hand over your head (with or without a magnet). Other than that, all you need to do is relax! Please feel free to ask your own questions for muscle testing whenever necessary during the session.
MAP will require some more conscious input from you compared to the Emotion Code and Body Code, as I’ll ask you to reflect on an experience or observe how you currently feel. Then I’ll give a series of commands to your subconscious. After waiting a few moments, I’ll ask you to reflect on what’s changed or come up for you. We will continue this process – treat and reflect – until you feel done and complete.
Yes! All of the techniques are non invasive and very gentle so it can be used safely on young children, babies, pregnant women, the elderly, hospitalized patients and pets. It can also be used alongside other therapies or treatments with no adverse effects.
Some examples are: abuse, ADD, allergies, ALS, anger, anxiety, asthma, autism, backaches, bedwetting, cancer, chest pain, depression, fever, grief, hives, joint pain, leg pain, mental blockages, minor infections, morning sickness, panic, phobias, self-esteem issues, shingles, tension headaches, TMJ pain. Not all may lead to recovery, as in the case of terminal illness, but the majority of clients I’ve worked with have experienced a positive change in their symptoms.
With the Emotion Code/Body Code, some people may experience 1 or 2 days of processing where they feel tired, sleepy, thirsty, unsettled, have vivid dreams or detox symptoms (achy, runny nose, stomach upset, etc). These discomforts will pass and are not a cause for undue worry. To put things in perspective, most of the people I’ve worked with feel better after a session, and the processing symptoms, if any, are very mild.
If you are well enough to meet and talk, we can still do a session; in fact the session might even help you address whatever is causing the illness. And of course we can reschedule it if you are unwell. If you’re too sick to do a session in person but you’d still like to have one, I can do the session remotely and send you the report afterward.
None at all! There is no difference in the results whether we do sessions in person, phone, Zoom, Skype or email. It’s a real benefit for those who can’t come in to have a session for one reason or another.
Please make sure to drink plenty of clean water, eat healthily and rest well. Do the things that are good for your body. Tune in to yourself and take note of what’s different, within and without. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t feel anything; everyone responds differently and sometimes the change is subtle. Take heart – everything you release doesn’t come back!
This all depends on your issue and your readiness. In my experience, it has run the full range. Having said that, I do believe it makes a difference when you take ownership of your healing. Your intention does play a part. When it comes to the Emotion Code/Body Code, it’s very easy to become passive and let your body/subconscious dictate the way. But actually, when you mindfully set your intention to let go of what no longer serves you, I’ve observed that you become more likely to achieve the catalyst you need! The best indicator of when you’re done is when you notice that the issue is no longer an issue any more.
